• Please note this is just an offer, no reservation made yet, therefore you are kindly requested to advice your acceptance in order to proceed with reservation according to availability.
• For reservations, kindly forward us the exact travel dates. 25% of total package cost has to be deposited as advance payment, on confirmation of the package, and the balance payment on Arrival.
• Advance Payment can be made by Fund Transfer / Cheque / Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking / Wallet / UPI / EMI Options. All reservations subject to Availability at the time of bookings only.
• In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s whatsoever, we must be intimated in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of your letter.
• For Houseboat booking for 21 hours the Check in time is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM. Any delay in check in time will not be compensated by extending the checkout time, A/C operates in the bedroom.
• In case of any Complaints or dissatisfaction, the same should be informed immediately to the concerned Tour Executive and we will try to resolve the same if it is within our limits or constraints and no complaints will be entertained after utilizing the service
• Any Service taken excluding in this itinerary will be payable by Customer.
• Similar category hotels will be arranged if rooms are unavailable in above listed hotels.
• Any change in the date of travel or the number of persons travelling the tour cost offered may vary.
• Kindly confirm the above as a reply to initiate bookings, To re-confirm your reservation You may make the advance payment before the cut-off date to either of the bank accounts and inform transaction details through email
• International Group tour rate will not be provided if members are more than 100.
• Group Tour more than 100 will be finalized and rate will be provided only on Direct meeting confirmation with Marketing Manager.
• All group tour will be paid directly on current account and no liquid Cash will be accepted.
• Group Tour will be handled by Only marketing manager and 2 company staff will be allocated for each 100 Guest.
• In Case of cancellation is made any time not less than 16 days prior to departure, 35% of trip cost shall be deducted
• In Case of cancellation is made 15 to 07 days prior to departure, 60% of trip cost shall be deducted
• If cancellation is made 06 to 03 day prior to departure, 85% of trip cost shall be deducted
• In case of No Show, 100% trip cost shall be deducted
• Any Third party Service like Bus,Train, Flight, Breakdown or Delay will not be refunded from our side and our company will not be responsible for such delay or breakdown.

Reservation terms:
Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 25% of the total tour cost in advance and another 25% One week prior balance 50% to be paid prior to the commencement of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis.
